Autumn. What comes to mind? For me, it’s first cool breeze, the fall colors, leaves on the ground, and the smell of pumpkin spice, cinnamon, peppermint, and soups, stews and chili! It’s time for the slow cooker recipes!!!
There’s nothing more satisfying for me, than to open a Dutch Oven, and let people see and taste chili, or a good stew or soup. Even better is to dig it out from under the coals, and open it to reveal an apple or peach cobbler! I promise that the recipes I share are quick and easy. Some of these call for a little home-cooking and preparation.
